ALKALINE DEGREASER
Self-foaming degreaser of high foaming power and alkalinity. Penetrates into the remains of carbonized and polymerized fats and proteins residual in the food industry. Acts vigorously with dry and strongly adhered grease. Use in foam machine cleaning of extractor hoods. Ducts and pipes with adhered and polymerized grease: restaurants, hotels, industrial kitchens, prepared meals. Rapid wetting of the surface achieving, if used with machine, a dense and prolonged foam.
